Merchandise may sell out early. If this occurs, we will refund the sold-out items and remove them from your order.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Please refer to our returns policy to answer any other questions or email us at [email protected]

We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box of bag of merchandise.

Pre-order benefits are subject to availability and may not be given if our suppliers run out.
